Once your order is placed online, we are unable to alter your order. 
All orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days placing your order unless otherwise specified at checkout. Orders are shipped pending availability and credit verification. All domestic shipping destinations usually take 3 - 7 business days to be delivered. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
If size is not available or on back order, you will be notified and the item will be shipped as soon as possible.
We strongly suggest that for any orders of high value, you proceed with tracking shipping. Though it happens rarely, we cannot be held responsible for items lost in mail and it is always good to have a piece of mind with tracking and insurance.
How much does shipping cost?
We ship all of our packages using Canada Post. Prices for shipping will be determined during checkout. If you purchase more than one item, items will be packaged together in the same box whenever possible. If you are purchasing gifts that need separate boxes, please let us know.
Please note that some shipping options are not trackable. If packages are lost using a non-trackable option we will not be able to retrieve it or reimburse the purchase.

All products purchased from the website are delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, Loulia PJ. Title to the products purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when Loulia Pearl Jewelry delivers these items to the carrier.
